This Cookie Policy applies to our public websites at proventen.com, developers.proventen.com, and support.proventen.com. It does not govern the ProvenTen SaaS application, which contains customer portals, browser extensions, CRM integrations, or APIs. The use of cookies, tokens, and data within the ProvenTen applications and services are governed by our Privacy Policy and customer agreement terms.

4. How We Use Cookies

We categorize the cookies we use into three specific groups, which you can manage via our consent banner and at this page.

A. Essentials

These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. They remember the cookie choices you save here, keep core pages working, and help us run the site securely. You cannot disable these through our preference center as the site would not operate correctly without them.

When you save your preferences on proventen.com, developers.proventen.com, or support.proventen.com, we store them in an essential cookie named proventen_website_cookie_consent on proventen.com. That way the same choices apply on those public sites. The cookie lasts for a maximum of 180 days, or until you change your preferences. It does not sign you in to the ProvenTen application and does not replace application session cookies on app.proventen.com.

B. Statistics

We use these to understand how visitors interact with our website. This data helps us identify which features are most valuable to sales and marketing teams, allowing us to fix bugs and improve the overall user experience. This data is collected anonymously and helps us maintain a high-performance platform.

If you opt in to Statistics, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-T6SDY7MXXC) to measure page views and similar website usage, including when someone opens the ROI calculator. Analytics cookies stay off until you opt in.

C. Marketing

These cookies allow us to provide you with more relevant content tailored to your business interests. They help us measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and ensure that the information you see is aligned with your role (e.g., CRO, SDR, or B2B Marketing).

If you opt in to Marketing, advertising or campaign tags may run. Those tags stay off until you opt in. The Google Maps embed on Contact Us also stays unloaded until you opt in to Marketing (or choose Accept All). Google may then set cookies from its maps domain.

You can update your cookie preferences at any time from the cookie banner and from here. A change on any of these public sites updates the shared cookie, so all three follow the same choice.

6. EU Data Residency & Third-Party Cookies

In line with our "Enterprise Trust" standards, we are highly selective about the third parties we engage. Where third-party tools (such as analytics or marketing platforms) are used, we require GDPR-aligned terms and do not engage in unauthorized cross-border data transfers. ProvenTen customer platform data stays hosted in the EU. Optional website tools from Google may process visitor data on Google’s infrastructure, including outside the EEA, under Google’s terms and appropriate GDPR transfer safeguards. Website typefaces (Inter, League Spartan, and Plus Jakarta Sans) are served from our own host; we do not load Google Fonts from Google’s servers.

Google Analytics is provided by Google. When you opt in to Statistics, your browser loads scripts from Google’s servers. That processing is covered by Google’s terms for Google services and appropriate GDPR transfer safeguards. Analytics storage stays denied until you opt in to Statistics; advertising storage stays denied until you opt in to Marketing.

Google Maps is provided by Google. When you opt in to Marketing, Contact Us may load Google’s maps embed, and Google may then receive technical data needed to display the map (typically IP address, browser and device information, and similar request data) and set cookies from its maps domain. That processing is likewise covered by Google’s terms for Google services and appropriate GDPR transfer safeguards. The embed stays unloaded until you opt in to Marketing (or choose Accept All). Opening the location in Google Maps in a new tab is a visit to Google’s own site.
